How the process works
From your first conversation with us to formal property registration and residency application, here is what to expect at each stage.
- 01
Initial consultation & eligibility review
We discuss your goals, nationality, family situation and budget, and outline the general residency eligibility criteria that may apply. This is a preliminary review, not a legal opinion.
- 02
Property selection
We share properties that match your criteria and residency-relevant thresholds, with dated pricing and verified listing details.
- 03
Legal & property due diligence
Independent legal counsel reviews the property title, registration and developer standing before any commitment is made.
- 04
Qualifying investment & regulated fund transfer
Funds are transferred through regulated banking channels in line with Brazilian foreign-investment and exchange-control rules.
- 05
Property registration
The transaction is formally registered with the relevant Brazilian property registry (Cartório de Registro de Imóveis).
- 06
Residency application
Your residency application is prepared and submitted to the Brazilian immigration authority (Polícia Federal), based on the qualifying investment.
- 07
Family considerations
Where applicable, dependants may be included in the residency application, subject to the applicable legal requirements.
- 08
Continuing compliance
Residency conditions, tax registration and reporting obligations are reviewed on an ongoing basis to keep your status in good standing.
